How the construction is going

The sequence has been reconstructed from the video frames: from marking out the site to the first core that has risen.

• Marking out the siteIn the aerial frame the complex's site is marked out directly on the ground by the water — this marking is what ties the frame to the property.
  
• EarthworksAn excavator digs out the pit, and a roller compacts the crushed-stone base.
  
• The foundationThey tie the slab's rebar and set up formwork along the edge; crews in hard hats are at work.
  
• The retaining wallThe pit is secured by a retaining wall — visible in the frame from above.
  
• The first coreThe core of the first building has risen above the site and is glazed around the outline of the shafts.
